Midsummer Stage

The Midsummer Stage is located on High Street between Tuscany Corner and Kids Kingdom.
It was built in 1989 where the Plague Shoppe had been located.
It is generally the home of many musical and small performance acts, including the Minstrels of Mayhem, The Wit of Will, Christophe the Insulter, and the end-of-day show for Dirk & Guido: The Swordsmen!
When the stage was given a new paint job in 2001, Bristol put on an all-cast production of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Until 2005, it was the home of the end-of-the-day Musicians' Revel that led into the Closing Parade.
